LEGHAND conceived Super Laser Night Vision as "a THC fueled electro-synth odyssey" while recording at KRONOS9's private studio in Miami's Little Haiti. Boy did they deliver. The EP is brimming with glitchy grooves teetering on chaos and catchy vocoder-processed lyrics delivered with the urgency of a pop song. The lead single Super Laser Night Vision aka SLNV is a straight ahead - no holds barred stagedive into electro. This house-party friendly dance tracks is the sonic equivalent of a "respect" head-nod to some serious old schoolers like The Egyptian Lover (electro dance), LFO (acid house) and the Kraftwerk (the god fathers).
This EP has already signed a lease for prime space in your summer playlist, now make room for the winter release of a Phenakistoscope enhanced LTD Edition Vinyl version. SLNV has been remastered and rendered as a 12" vinyl release complete with 2 bonus tracks (The year of the Benz and She Wares Kevlar). The surface the vinyl also incorporates a 45 RPM phenakistoscope animation created by Drew Tetz.
LEGHAND is the working artistic partnership between Yves Verela of the electro ill-hop project KRONOS9 and Dennis Fuller of the rock ensemble Donzii.
